Darkness surrounds me,

My mind starts drifting,

It asks me a hundred questions,

None of which have any answers,

My heart cries, it screams,

But the dark silence engulfs its sound.

I am lying there helpless,

With hundred unanswered questions,

My soul battered,

My dreams all shattered,

Nothing can soothe the pain,

No light can show me the path,

Coz’ I am lost in my own heart.
