Life is like a gift wrapped up in lots of boxes... or rather say a maze which is unending... the minute you think you have it opened or sorted it comes up with another layer... the layer which will take another bit of your time to get sorted... the minute you feel your life will be perfect it gets screwed... I sometimes wonder whether its tooo difficult to be completely content and happy about things in life... In all this years i have not met a single person who is happy and content with their lifes... Nothing is enough... Nothing in life is perfect... and we all know the fact... When you try and explain people, give them pep talks they will say 'yea i know'... if they know why are they unhappy... why are they not satisfied...
Well the answer of all the questions is very simple, We all know the answers within us and still seek for it outside... We all face situations in life which can be sorted with the most basic comman sense and yet we blow it out of proportions and make it a hue and cry about it. The end result is always the fact that we put our hands up and say - 'Such is life' and ' You dont get everything', Well i truly believe in the Zahir philosophy by Paul Coelho - "When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it", but at times when you are really low in life, nothing is going right, you really do not believe in any things. Those are the times when no amount of inspirational quotes work for you.
So what is this with issue that we all face with life... Its most of the times disappointements... The main reason for that is expectations and if you chase the root of expectation it lies within your wish of achieving things and following your dreams.
- The reason why you are disappointed with your gf/bf is because he/she is not doing/saying things that you want them to does
- The reason why you are not happy with your job also has lots of reasons, viz. salary, job satisfaction, peer pressure, interoffice relations and politics
So on and so forth...The list can continue... but then what is the solution... Solution is to be satisfied with what you have, no expectations from your relations/job... Well you would say is it possible? I myself feel this is such a loser attitude... but the truth is no matter how absurd we find this.. the real joy in life comes when you are comfortable and satisfied with your own life... If you are not happy person no material wealth can give you the joy.. No human being will be capable of giving you the hapiness..
So well this preaching session ends here... and no matter whether it solved any thing it definately made me feel good as i penned my thoughts without any hitch today... Looks like the writers block is coming to an end :)
